EFC returns to the ultimate entertainment destination, the Superbowl at Sun City, for the organisations 61st. event on Saturday 8 July. Both the EFC heavyweight and light heavyweight titles will be contested.

EFC heavyweight champion Andrew van Zyl takes on fellow South African Wessel Mostert.

Mostert has put away every opponent, but does he have what it takes to crumple the iron-jaw of the three-time heavyweight champion Van Zyl? Mostert might just enter the bout as the local favourite. Sun City is in his home province and crowds will be in full support.

Van Zyl is renowned for his grappling skills and has absorbed the biggest hits from the organisation’s best. Mostert is a new challenge.

Baudot has a devastating reputation. Holding a perfect international fight record of six wins, all by way of KO/TKO, he is an exciting and unknown entity knocking on the champion’s door.

Also populating the main card is the long awaited encounter between Dino Bagattin (RSA) and Bruno Mukulu (DRC), the thrilling prospect of the EFC’s heaviest hands in former African heavyweight boxing champion Elvis Moyo (Zimbabwe) taking on the new signing from England, Team Titan’s Stuart Austin, and one more bout yet to be announced.
